On Earth Day, Bit Clean completed the installation of its IoT-enabled cellphone recycling kiosk at Fabrica RiNo, located at 3001 Brighton Blvd in Denver's River North (RiNo) Art District, in collaboration with CBRE.
Fabrica RiNo is home to over 20 companies, including the corporate headquarters of CorePower Yoga. The building's tenant community - centered around creativity, wellness, and sustainability - provides a strong environment for introducing accessible, everyday recycling behavior.
The kiosk is now fully operational, offering a simple "drop-and-go" experience for device collection. The system integrates secure intake, certified data destruction by our R2v3 processor, and IoT-based monitoring, enabling real-time visibility into collection activity. On-site visual elements, including a branded floor mat and banner, guide tenants directly to the drop-off point.
This installation reflects Bit Clean's ongoing focus on deploying distributed collection infrastructure within commercial buildings - embedding recycling into daily routines and advancing the concept of urban mining at the point of use.
